The 180,000 square-foot Alight Solutions building serves approximately 950 employees and is atop of three watersheds and surrounded by developed properties.

Cedar Creek
The Cedar Creek subdivision is a single-family residential development located in Conroe, TX. The neighborhood is made up of all Habitat for Humanity houses which provides families with safe, affordable homes. The 37-acre neighborhood consists of 129 single family residential lots.

Primrose School
Primrose School at Hughes Landing opened in 2019 and provides early childhood care and education. The site is located between the two parking garages, two busy streets, and existing underground infrastructure.

Majestic Lake Dam
Majestic Lake is one of two beautiful amenity lakes in the Crown Oaks community of Montgomery County. Heavy and prolonged rainfall from Hurricane Harvey over toppled and eroded the Majestic Lake Dam emergency overflow spillway. Vogt Engineering was hired to provide repair recommendations and opinions of cost to help the property owners association in order budget and plan appropriately.
