The 180,000 square-foot Alight Solutions building serves approximately 950 employees. The design and construction team worked diligently to achieve a fast-track delivery. The site is located atop of three watersheds and surrounded by developed properties. Vogt Engineering worked with the pipeline company and the neighboring property to build a berm within the pipeline easement from the property edge to Research Forest. In extreme events, the parking lot runoff overflows through curb cut outs then drains to Research Forest through this berm.

The property contains a pipeline easement which places restrictions on the utility layout and grading activities. Detailed grading was performed along the east property line to ensure there would be no additional flow to the neighboring residential community. Shallow storm inlets were placed along the east property line to mitigate flow as well as limit the number to pipeline crossings.
